Just thinking about what you said
I know you must be crazy
You said some things that hurt

And from the bottom of my heart
I say
Goodbye

Love of my life

All those words I spoke at night
While you were sleeping
You never understood me,
You never really tried
And with nothing more to say
I say, goodbye
