Good Question: The 'president' For You Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

All candidates ‘talk endlessly'
for the most part, ‘aimlessly'
in the broader sense of nothing
but ridiculousness; clouding further
in the messiness of the political process!
What sort of societal beast is this continuing
dirge coming from each challenger for your vote?
Each candidate stretching out hoping to get the one
sound bite that will result in getting your one vote.
'Hopes' are being counted on, to see that individual
on through to the 'Presidency', of this presently
disunited 50 states and a few 'territories'. Good
question to begin this prose upon. This shouting
out to the total sum of all the hearts, minds, and
'political souls' of each determined, defiant, and
truly disturbed ‘registered voter' in this 'Republic'!
Sum being one that is both disturbingly divided and
or united by nothing but sound bites and skin tones!
Some dynamics are these! Politically divided consciousness
buried with a complete unconsciousness of the paramount
issues which face all of the electorate! This term applies to
the each and every one of you 'individually registered' voters!
Begs so clearly for an answer to this question: What 'mainstream'
media source covers any alternatives in the closing course of this
election cycle? Your answer? Zero! Yep, there are no 'Real Heroes'
remaining on these ‘paid roles'! Just mumbling touts lisping out those
particular 'sound bites'! Those few nouns and verbs and questionable
dividing words from ‘him' or ‘her'; with nothing mentioned on a
composite political platform that in any sense of any grouping of
words, addresses the ‘paramount issues' of these ‘present daze'
and ‘ending times' which are so clearly upon the all of U.S.! What
then is that 'dynamic' which is missing from the ‘rightwing' or the
‘leftwing' establishment ruled by 'that shadowy Oligarchy' we each
fear so much? To be ‘presumptive' is to express a ‘cautionary
optimism' on the prospective outcome of the 'normal operational
procedures' of a featureless and empty establishment directive.
This election cycle is just that! A directive to the each
of you registered voters! You either have this choice
or that choice and absolutely no voice and almost no
vote; to cast that will make any difference in the outcome
of this particular election! A further question begs an answer.
And the backdrop to the question is this: 'Internal party'
rhetoric and subtle 'expansive pledges' to 'strengthen
build, and resurface each election cycle'; to buoy
'the party', i.e. 'the entrenched establishment'
and to, 'drive out Americans picking the 'candidate
they think is best' regardless of affiliation, regardless of
Alma Mater, regardless of political leaning, regardless of that
'corporate scheme' which is the ‘engine', the 'hidden Oligarchy'
uses to ‘fund source' the entire course, of each and every election
all across this nation! So what exactly is delivered as 'product'
for you to purchase; with the 'one vote' you may cast? Whom
is it, in the entire ‘field of candidates', that can deliver
themselves to you? And then what? Guess what folks! One person will
not a difference make! Unless that 'establishment Oligarchy' is
thoroughly defeated at the ‘individual state level elections'!
Wow! Imagine having a further four years of a ‘do nothing'
Congress! That 'House of Representatives' do nothings
doing nothing at all; except spending your tax dollars
on ‘War', ‘destruction', and ‘death'! And this body
provides the tax dollars that ‘fund' those bodies
which will be 'policing' your communities; with
‘surplus military weapons' of 'War'! What a ‘sordid
dollar bill' of goods you each have swallowed, for years
now! Do any of you 'registered voters' comprehend this
fact? Are you voters so soaked with the ‘faux phat' of these
facts; that your ‘dumb as a box of hair' minds cannot grasp
these sorrowful facts! This is one fact that for sure is all
phat! Just how much does you ‘Presidential Pick' truly
matter? Are you each 'total Mad-hatters'; not taking
into your thoughts and considerations how little the
‘Office of the President' matters when it comes to
'domestic issues' and the daily activities of this
nation after any 'Presidential Election'! All
'Presidential Candidates' prove most always
to be in that 'dime a dozen' category. Expressing
‘party platforms', espousing conformity, to some or
the other ‘blanket ideology', or some wayward idiocy
or some lunatic idiosyncrasy to appease both an ownership
caste, the management asps, and an Oligarchical Ruler-ship grasp
of the same Party! For in all reality the ‘American Democracy'
is ruled by those that possess all the money! Both ‘Elephant'
and ‘Donkey', are beholden to the 'moneyed caste' that
rules the ‘moneyed class' and directs the slump that
remains as a 'dole' to the entire rest of US! And
these remaining funds do not give any one of US that
which each of US assumes or supposes or hopes is the amount
that will appease any of US! And that sum of limited funding is
controlled by a majority 'Nutwing' House of Representatives!
And guess what! It is suggested by the statistics collected
since the year 1945, that your money, your tax contributions
to the 'Corporation of the United States of America', serve
you better; under 'Democratically controlled Presidencies and
Democratically controlled Congresses'! Some phat fact is this!
And are the ‘main-stream' media sound biting you each with this
information? However; this comes with an emphatic caveat!
'This is for the most part; due to luck'! WTF! The majority
of the factors for a robust economy; are completely out of
any 'President's Hands'! The most direct Presidentially inspired
policies that affect 'your ease of livelihood' are those political
policies presented which effect this Nation's Tax Laws and Policies!
The sad irony is this: Any elected President can only present
positive policy forward to a nationally divided Congress! And all
of you voters know that this is currently unacceptable! Without a
distinct and overwhelming change in the political makeup of both
the ‘House of Representatives' and the ‘Senate' of these disunited
States of America; there will be no change! Do all of you ‘registered
voters' comprehend this? Without a total remake of your ‘State's
Federal Representatives', you will relive the last eight years of
political do nothing, political unrest lack of social justice
dearth of community funding, lack of acceptable health and medical
programs; and live again through a further dive to the bottom as a
nation… On all levels! Do not leave these potential circumstances
for the 'Devil' that is ‘theatrical'; take a hold of ‘your owned
jewels' and re-educate your tainted political and societal views.
For what is remaining should you give up and go back to sleep
and allow the establishment of ‘that Oligarchy to maintain the
current State of Affairs… You guessed it! You will all sooner
lose that which should be paramount to you! You will lose all
of your 'assumed freedoms'! So whom is the ‘President' for you?
