Good Luck Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Good Luck

Rating: 2.5

Get things done, the menial

Follow your decisions not your emotions

We never get something for nothing

Depression cannot kill you unless you let it

Do small things on a daily basis

Walk, get sunshine, have a cat or a dog

Pray and meditate

Get help, self-help groups, grief groups

If you drink go to AA

Avoid doctors who prescribe antidepressants

Exercise and hang out with good people

If you're mildly depressed don't deny it

Good luck on your journey
