Good bye
is the first words that I have to say
good bye
to you
good bye to me
good bye good bye good bye
old me
you have let me down but not anymore
i have lied to myself
I have had him as my excuse
She has been my excuse too
so I have considered my friends wrongly
but i should have known earlier
they were not the enemies i should be so worried about but you
my enemy closest
the enemy within
the most worrisome of them all
my number one enemy
you acted stealth to me
Hiding around me my whole life
but not anymore
this is time for my liberation
so good bye
let me do something
a thing that will change me
i have seen your capabilities
but its time to let you go
you have lied enough
you have let myself down enough
but its time
i try
i try to be the real me
i see my potentials to the fullest
i respect what i am
i respect who i am
and so i will say good bye and welcome to my new self
welcoming the life i have waited for long
so I will try
try
to keep this new self closer
doing what is right
doing what is just to me and my life
i will be
me, the real me this time around
treating my friends with honour
getting their good advises
leaving their bad advises
