Gone Forever Poem by Daniel Martins

Gone Forever

I must say that this is the last 'goodbye'
I'm tired of living a lie
I'm leaving - yes, this evening
To somewhere where you won't be coming

I'll be gone until I burn it on the inside
I'll find somewhere to hide
Somewhere where I'm able to think about this
And about how hard this task is...

It became clear
That I don't need you here
And that I'm so much better
Now that you're gone forever!
