Gone Fishing Poem by Randy Johnson

Gone Fishing

Rating: 4.0

Last weekend I went on a fishing trip with my brother.
Now we're both mad and we're not speaking to each other.
I accidentally hooked my brother in his ear.
I tore it off and he burst into tears.
Later he wore spiked golf shoes and put holes in my boat.
We were both wearing life jackets so we were able to float.
Later I caught fifteen fish and I sure was proud.
When my brother didn't catch anything, he started cussing and he got loud.
The next day he caught one fish and I caught ten.
He kicked my ass and cussed me out again.
I've decided not to go fishing anymore.
If I want any fish, I'll buy them at the store.
