Gone Poem by Raven Ozera

Gone

I stand alone next to this wall
don’t know how far I have to fall
its not if, its when and where
and whether I should ever care
suppose I found my own way home
but what’s the point, I’ll be alone
without you, there is no me
welcome to reality

what can I do, what can I say
its always night and never day
is there a way not to break
any road that I can take?
a way that I could just escape
no life for me, I must reshape
So I don’t have to face the wrath
you were my only other half

Lovely poem. It reminds me again of why I'm so thankful that I have found a way to be happy and peaceful just being with myself.
