Gone are the times when people treated others rightly.
Gone are the times when people took exams lightly.
Gone are the times when children played around happily.
Gone are the times when friendship lasted a lifetime.
Gone are the times when folks were near and dear.
Gone are the times when there was one true love.

All gone!
Hey who said you should love only one?
Who said folks have to be near to be dear?
Who said friends are forever?
Play? Do we kids have time for that during the day?
Oh God! Exams! Got to learn! Got to score! Got to run the rat races! !
This is the age to trample and proceed.
The art of diplomacy, to decode, to read between the lines is what's in.
So much effort is taken today.
All for what?
To be gone one day.
