God Teaches Geology (M-F) Poem by Chuy Amante

At the College just down the street
they have a guest that you should meet

He teaches all about Geology
and about the sky
and all the seas

His views do differ from the other scientists
I really think that's why there'll all pissed

They all petitioned to throw him out
He won't line up and be called out

His point of view so wise and fresh
they are out to have his flesh

A non-conformist, a know-it-all
we can't allow him
in our holy halls
of
academia
