I got a crush on you But the weight of waiting Broke me in two.

When you told me lies and stoled my heart.

How far did you think it through

what was your intentions playing with my emotions

Having me chasing dreams that were not true.

You lived your life free Ignoring me

Careless and selfish

When all I wanted Was to be wanted by you

Now you lay In the midnight rain Violated and slain

Now you lay In twisted metal Leaving the bar

Now you are Diagnosed with a slow death

Now you whisper to me With your last breath

I hear your prayers And your desires To be near me

My heart can not take it anymore I lift you in my arms And I bring you home

You are not alone.

I am God's prayer
