God’s Lantern Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

God’s Lantern

Rating: 5.0

As the moon hovered
Above the sphere’s rim
A soft yellow glow
Filter through tree limbs

Fixating a traveler’s attention
Hypnotically in control
An amazing celestial pearl
Inspiring the soul

Breathtaking beautiful
Bestowing it’s light
Upon God’s creation
Illuminating the night
