God Please Poem by elizabeth griff

God Please

Rating: 5.0

I knelt to my knees
and asked God for strength

I asked him for hope,
I asked him for faith,

I wept on the floor
begging him please
return my strength and sanity

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

I've been in situations before where I've thought I can't move on, and I've offered myself up to God, and I have pulled through. I understand what you're conveying in this poem, I think, and I really like it. Short, yet it says so much.
