God, Mary And Jesus - Poem by Asif Andalib

Can a good person give his lover grief
If he himself possesses all the powers?
Can a good person make his lover mortal
If he himself is immortal?
Can a good person deprive his son of a lover
For many years
If he himself has a lover?
Can a good person deprive his son
Of enough power, wealth and prestige
For many years
If he himself has all that?
Can a good person hurt his son
If no one is able to hurt him?
And so forth.

There are many people still now
Who do not give grief to their lovers!
There are many people still now
Who sacrifice their lives for their lovers!
There are many people still now
Who arrange marriage of their infants!
There are many people still now
Who give many of their belongings to their children!
There are many people still now
Who sacrifice their lives for their children!
Is God a bad person then?

There are many people still now
Who have more than one lover!
There are many people still now
Who have more than one child!
Does God lack sufficient amount of love?
Is there no other girl who loves God?
Does God dislike children?
If one son is enough for God,
What about a daughter?

Holy Spirit is no one else but Angel Gabriel
In the Holy Koran He is sometimes called Ruh
Which means Soul or Spirit
Because he is so near and dear to God's body

So please, don't say, Three;
There's only one God.

Very good. But of course God is not bad...God is wisdom. And you have to work for that wisdom to understand better the light that connects us all. (Report) Reply

Thats the fight between symbolic catholicism and protestant christianity versions though both are artificial as Jesus never belonged to European community. Not also its sure if his mother Mary had a little lamb what we do in our children time grammatic exercises.People do appreciate multitude of luxuries and more often when the come free and the way of crime and corruption and propaganda. They will detest your philosophy for their gains though God and you are a unison and continue to be as good as the verses asking the questions to those vindicators.Well done Sir.. God is not an individual
    but a collection of entities
    the ultimate amassing of knowledge
    and with knowledge comes power
With power comes the ability to create, love, and give salvation (Report) Reply

I do understand the point you make here! . I am not religious, but if god is good then he lives in all of us if we choose to listen and we may not know to introduce him by name. Religion on the other hand seems to cause too many wars. Sorry if I offend! It still stands as a good piece! (Report) Reply

Words of a true prophet, so touching, so faith based, so directly on point. Yes, we are all God's children and God has sacrificed so much for us, keep spreading this wonderful message, someday all will recognize this truth. (Report) Reply

What I like in your poem is still now. In the stillness all is revealed. Good one,
