' God, Let Himself Be Entreated... '

Rating: 2.5

GOD, Let Himself Be Entreated
GOD Himself, Heard My Call
GOD, Let My Heart Be Healed
And Proceeded To Lift Me, From A Fall

Where Others, Had Pushed and Tripped and Stumbled,
… my Footsteps … to Make Me Crawl
** GOD, Allowed It … and I Was Humbled
And He, Helped Me Thru It All

GOD’s Eternal Eyes, Watched My Tears
GOD, Saw Them, As Others Caused Me Harm
His Holy Hands, Touched My Soul
Comforted Me With Everlasting Arms

My ALMIGHTY GOD, Took Notice
Even Of One, Such As I … (so small)
He Calmed My Fears, As Holy Spirit Appeared
And Surrounded, With A Wonderful Wall!

Surely, Holy Angels Were Sent To Save Me
Surely, Christ, The King Came …
As I Read GOD’s Holy Bible and Cried
Calling … In Jesus’ Name

As I Waited For Full Deliverance
Like A Faithful, Obedient Daughter
GOD Himself, Finally Took Note
And Took Care Of Me – Oh Holy Father! …

GOD Let Himself, Be Entreated
GOD, Heard My Prayer-Calls
And Put Me, On A Mountainside
Still Waiting On Him … yet, Humbly-Tall
