God, I'M Starving Poem by Nicholas Neato

God, I'M Starving

Yeah, I'm starving
No, not for food
I'm starving for a feeling
I'm starving for a mood
I'm starving for my name
To be on the tongue of you

Talk about me
Go ahead and say ish
Let 'em say whatever they want
Just make me the topic
Hands up, reach for the sky
And your jaw, just dropp it
You couldn't make sense out of me
The pieces to my puzzle never fit

I'm starving for that look on your face
I'm starving to see you stunned
I'm starving to hear I'm the best
I'm starving for a battle, because I've already won

Oh, if you just knew
Knew what I can do
If they'd only knew

God, I'm starving
I'm starving for truth
