Glorydream Poem by Ted L Glines

Glorydream

GloryDream
by Ted L Glines

In my vision
ice cream and roses,
warm lilac scents
tickle our noses,
sparkling hallways
dancing rooms
worlds are woven
on fantasy looms,
a song of caring
blows through our land
hugging tall grasses
kissing wet sand,
kids never grow up
to walk in thunder
always stay sweet
eyes big in wonder,
angels laughing
joyful and loud
a mighty choir
making me proud,
no time for storms
mourning sadness
in my loving life
of sunshine and gladness,
so, come let us dance
and merrily play
with giggles and song
all this glorious day.
