GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST

Glory to God in the Highest
Peace and good will towards men
Salvation has been provided
By Israel’s Sacrificed Lamb
He’s come as a babe in a manger
From mansion’s in heaven above
God left His True Habitation
And brought Himself here as our Love.

O Glory to God in the Highest
The angels sang joyously strong
It echoed then back to the heavens
And everyone joined into song
Glory to God in the Highest
Peace and good will towards men
Glory to God in the Highest
They sang it again and again.

Glory to God in the Highest
That first anniversary song
Glory to God in the Highest
As the years have come and have gone
Glory to God in the Highest
That song will continue to ring
Glory to God in the Highest
The disciples continuously sing.

Glory to God in the Highest
Those words ring wonderfully true
Glory to God in the Highest
There’s nothing our God cannot do.
That impossible situation
That sin has brought man to
Well, Glory to God in the Highest
He can deliver you.
