Global Warming Scam (Educational Sonnet)
Global warming is a super scam that has been foisted
upon us by nefarious political factions.
Their lies, exaggerations and misleading graphs have hoisted
multiple billions of dollars of carbon tax transactions.
Global temperatures are lower now than they were in, uh
Medieval times when Norse Vikings in Greenland were farming.
In ice cores over thousands of years, CO2 levels change AFTER the
temperature, and thus are the RESULT OF, NOT THE CAUSE OF warming.
Ice cap thickness in both Greenland and Antarctica are increasing.
Recent cyclone energy is down. In 1998 it topped.
Hurricane and tornado frequencies are both decreasing.
United States Senate report says global warming has stopped.
The earth's poles have been cooling off since 2005 or before.
Should we fund the politicians? Quoth the raven 'Nevermore'
It ignores historical recorded climatic swings, and has been proven to be flawed.
The MBH 1998 report was never properly peer reviewed before the IPCC used it in their publications.

Most temperature data is taken in cities where it's higher.
Ross McKitrick and Patrick Michaels published a paper in
2004. They conclude 'If the contamination were removed,

Very educational, and very English sonnet (as far as rhyme pattern goes) . Usually, English sonnets are written in iambic pentameter, but a very enjoyable poem nevertheless.

All of the data I have seen points towards human activity making a difference. If we take climate change out of the equation, there is still a large impact on the environment as a whole though. Given the fact that we will eventually run out of fossil fuels, at the very least we should be concentrating on cheap, renewable and Clean sources of energy
Much of the data is faked, but air and water pollution are serious problems. Coal is one of the cheapest, but to make it clean costs. Wind is one of the most expensive, but is coming down. We need more nuclear and solar.
Imagine how much they were burning then to make it so hot back in 1410. Even more than we're burning now. Lucky they slowed it down or we'd never have made it to now.
Well Columbus hadn't been born yet, so the only people in the US were Native Americans. There were huge buffalo herds that may have been farting out methane (which is 30 times more potent than CO2)
