Gift From Prometheus Poem by Darrin McMiller Jr.

Gift From Prometheus

Dangerous mind,
A spark of genius
With flares of the divine
Bearing the light of clashing titans
To the delight of the gods
I’m the lord of the fly-est
Opening eyes of the blinded
And mentally deprived
In a land of rumors and consumers
I spread love and knowledge
And apologize for neither
Down to earth and still
Rising past the ether
