Giest Lover Poem by Howard Johnson

Giest Lover

Rating: 2.5

In the cementery
There I stood
I was afraid of ghosts
The night was calm
Peace is resonating
From the darkness
Ebbing tide
Of suductive winds
Brought upon me
The most warm and secure feeling
Of radaiting, Tranquil love.
The ghost lover
Known by others
By the name of
Giest Liebe
She walked through me
Not able to with hold
My inner secrets
As she read my thoughts.
Staring at my weakness
But I could read her mind
Her thoughts were not of
Solving earthly problems
She noted, put those behind...
In the monents we linked together
I was left with the only thing she could give me
The feeling of unending love
I woke up never to see or feel her again
The Love Ghost
Left her trace
