Ghost Poem by Kaleb Gonzalez

Ghost

Memories fade faster than a pair of washed jeans,
nobody can touch, transparent by all means,
my body my exist, but yet you took my soul,
riding down memory lane, and yet i pay the toll,
take a walk through my mind,
and what you will find,
is a love left dead,
replaced by anger instead,
the melody is a sad one,
find notes and this song is done,
ambers to a burning flame,
last lives on lifes games,
sitting on a chair all alone,
flickering is the light that once shone,
standing outside looking in,
loves end, yet hates begin,
from lovers to enemises at war,
from the strongest bond to horribly torn,
open up your eyes, just to get blinded,
life my play, but my spirit is rewinded,
start first, finish last,
my future is a son or my past,
love the least, hate the most,
i will haunt you i am your ghost
