Ghaza

Apna gham tha to yeh dil pighla tha aansoo ban kar
Apni khushiyon pe mahakta tha yeh khushboo ban kar,
Jane yeh dard mila kaysa ke dil khoon hua,
Hosh baqi na raha zehn bhi majnoon hua,
Jee mein aata hay ke ban jaoon lapakti hui aag,
Aur ghaza pe musallat main jala daloon siah nag,
Kaisa zalim hay ke bachon ko na bakhsha tune
Ay khuda mujhko bata kaise yeh dekha tune,
Phat para keyun na tera arsh zaminoon pe meri,
Khoon ke qatre zara dekh jabeenon pe meri,
Ab yeh bahte hue rukhsar ka ghaza ban gaye,
Yeh to ab teri khudai ka tamasha ban gaye.

Beautiful flow of words, for the cruelty happened in Ghaza. Even the children were not spared. Humanity is seen no where. I loved the way you presented it. Thanks for sharing with us. (Report) Reply

When innocents are butchered, it is sad that the world moves on as nothing has happened! Let peace come upon every one is all what we can wish and pray! I donot know Hindi as much as to understand your poem! Thanks for the comment! (Report) Reply
