Gesture Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Gesture

To show gesture is not pretence
It comes off at once
When you try to convey
Even to the attitude that dismays!

Air no grievance
But take chance
To improve upon
And be readily flown

Show it with visible means
Shake hands
Or if you are faraway
Raise hands, say something and go away

It helps to ward of strained relation
Opponent may sometimes be forced to respond with expression
It may break the deadlock
And increase the well wishers in stock

After all nothing goes into waste
But its real test
That strengthens human relation
Without leaving behind any question
