Gain ground

Laughter is simple medicine
That keeps you fine
Reduces tension
And maintains position

In pain
If you maintain
Same posture
To assure

Take it for granted
That you have got what you wanted
Came off lightly which otherwise could cost
So much mental unrest and loss

It makes cell to loose
Tension grip and chose
To be in jovial mood
And provide some fresh input as food

So laugh in open
In garden
Or in open ground
You shall certainly gain ground
