Future Poem by Godfrey Morris

Future

Rating: 3.5

What fortunes do bear?
Is it jolly or despair?

Today I am smiling
But others maybe, crying.

And this is for certain.

Today I am living
One day I lay dying.

One day I'll be whole
And falter no more.

For Today
You'll be here
Then next time you're there.
