Fruitloops Poem by empty shell

Fruitloops

My stomach stirs my sleep as life pulls me outside
To watch the moon in the sky
The mist starts to rise, stars start to fade
Yet the sun is still but a glow
Robins slowly wake, quietly rustling their nest
As worms crawl out of the dew
Wearing only a robe I watch the sun say hello
To the tranquil no traffic morn
Armed with a spoon and with a bowl in my lap
I'm ready to wake-up the world
Timing my breaths, the wind has now died
CRUNCH
The robin takes flight
CRUNCH, CRUNCH
As my jaw moves, the world wakes
Still chilled but warming, I smile
As I hold the bowl to my mouth and drink life

After your kind words I had to check your poetry out! I think this one is my favorite! I felt the same emotions i imagine you must've been feeling when you wrote this and couldn't help but smile!
