Frosted Mug Poem by Brian Sonberg

Frosted Mug

Winter increasing
Piles higher
Clouds to windows
Gray above
Serene
Frozen
These tears make no sound
Like feathers they fall
The wind their only companion
The silence reflects solitude
The wind, hope
Nature cradles in comfort
From today to soft sleep
Among evergreens
Find home
Dream again
