From Sojic To Vampric Delight Poem by Joshua Mccoy

From Sojic To Vampric Delight

Rating: 5.0

Her scent and surrounding aura engulfs my own and I feel her emanating darkness all around me, like a victim ensnared in the clasp of two gigantic hands that belong to a overwhelming demon of terrible power.

I extended my neck as a sign of good faith so she may have a taste for the first time and fell limp in her arms as she drained the life out of me. Sharp teeth pierced my neck to draw blood then inhaled deeply to finish me off slowly.
All free thought and resistance flowed out of me
My breath left my lungs
And the air around me felt like,
Being submerged under water and left to continue drifting
Lifelessly to the dark shallow depths below.
She took over my entire being and I became an extension of her will, to do and follow as she commanded. She hollowed out my soul and the rich blood it created,
To inject and ooze poisonous liquid into my drooling corpse,
Filling me slowly but quickly until I became as numb as ice.
Her strong arms and body heat are the only mediums tying me to this world and keeping me from collapsing under my own weight.
She takes a couple of deep long gulps before pulling away and letting me fall into her chest but then taking a step back to admire, with a seductive smile, the burning red mark engraved in bold upon my neck.
Now I unwillingly carry her wherever I go. My body isn’t mine; it’s a walking private buffet for her to feast upon at any time at her leisure. When I close my eyes to rest I see her face and feel her teeth absorbing me. When I sit down to eat, I feel a cold hand on the back of my neck and long hair fall down my chest as my body goes limp from all sides and my skin grows pale.
Her beauty allured my heart and soul but her entrance into me brought my body an early grave with a naked casket for the world to see. A thin chain dangles from this walking frozen corpse.
Now broken on good terms.5/10/09
