From Magic Of Flowers Sublime Poem by Ajay Seshadri

From Magic Of Flowers Sublime

Ironies halt and flow
My friend by gardens told me so
Words hiding in your submarine
Surface to woo your valentine
For demise of her happiness
Gave seconds for you to impress
A mistress blurring in affect
With your premise far from perfect
"There's no magic in my flowers
A sheen cursed by prosaic lovers
Blood fails to reach me in time
That romance used to mean sublime"
He said withering in effect
Complaining to scars I reflect
Words of improper wisdom doors
Sweep my friend from mind off your floors
Why don't you open up sunshine!
So that our romance may mean sublime
What use is there in nerves of steel!
If you don't stop this karmic wheel
Lead us not to misdirection
Give us no scope for reflection
Why don't you open up sunshine!
So that our romance may mean sublime
Words hiding in your submarine
Surface to woo your valentine
If friendship is worth more than love
Why touch grace and fall from above
Let us not part over mistress
My friend redeem your happiness
So we may get back our sunshine
From magic of flowers sublime!
