Don’t despair, my saddened friend,
This place is not where you will end,
For life will bring all you desire,
Once you’ve learnt all you require,

Don’t desert, my loyal friend,
This world is not yours to defend,
For life will make its peace with you,
Once you take pride in what you do,

Don’t regret, my lonely friend,
There is no break that cannot mend,
For life will send someone your way,
Once you’ve found the words to say.
