Friends And No Friends Poem by Jahan Zeb

Friends And No Friends

Rating: 5.0

Some fair weather, some friends in need
Not all are same, few dear indeed
They need not, of pain, to be told
They'll read in eyes, hands they hold
Rich may be not, but hearts of Gold
Shine, they, on you like sun in cold
Make different faces to see your smiles
In your miseries come running from miles
Ignored if you sit, sad and alone
They come to speak, in a friendly tone
Speak they when, take worries away
Your rusty heart gets ready to play
Few friend fly when you are in joy
Worries around, they will destroy
Use your powers, to know thy friends
For absent are they, the life ends.

A life without true friends is not life at all. But all who appear to be friends are not real friends! There are many fair weather friends! One should have the wisdom to separate the chaff from the corn! ! A good poem on friendship! !
