Let me say it aloud to the world today
That you have been, you are
And will remain till the very last whistle
My Friend, Philosopher and Guide
This is how I have seen you
This is how I'd like to perceive you
This is what I look out for and find in you
Your whole personae has been so reassuring
Your presence has been so profound
You may be far or you may be close
I know you are always camping around
Frailties of all those men and women
who looked upon you with hope
were taken care of by your friendly fold
you were always there with your support
You lent your strength for nth number of times
To me and to many others named and unnamed
You were a light house or a beacon
To peg imperfections and to bring perfections
You have perfected the art of perfecting
[Dear Sir, today is January 11, your Birthday and I dedicate this poem to you with humility]
