The gentle wind has come
In the cool morn to knock on my door
Bringing with it scent of
Your hair hangs long to touch the floor
A bird tweeted shaking
Its plumes perched on the window sill
In praise of a sweet song
That comes from her like a dancing rill
The nodding frond gives
New leaves bearing fragrance of spring
Buds drop their heads as
To your body you give a gentle swing
I wake up to the sound
Of silver and gold and rustle of dress
As on the other side of the door
You wait for our meeting to take place
I unfastened the latch
To meet my love with a charming smile
As I take her in my arms
The sound of her giggles runs for a mile
