Twenty-three years of violence
Twenty-three years of silence
Twenty-three years of lies
Twenty-three years of torture
Twenty-three years of oppression
Twenty-three years of repression
Twenty-three years of agony
Twenty-three years of slavery
After twenty-three years PEOPLE revolt
PEOPLE said:
TUNISIAN said:
“Hey tyrant, greedy Dictator
Stop now, your game is over”
“Your complot, we discover”
“Now, we rely on our wings power to hover”
“We do not need to you –authoritarian-”
“We do not need to your liar slogan”
“We need our INDEPENDENCE”
“We need our RIGHTS”
“Mr. Dictator,
We are not weak as you thought”
“We are not afraid of your shots”
“We are PEOPLE divulge your plot”
“The price of our FREEDOM is too expensive”
“The price of our DIGNITY is too massive”
“We are PEOPLE offer martyrs as a price”
“We are PEOPLE are not scared of your mice”
“Mr. Dictator as we paid you must pay”
“And it will come the day”
“It will come the day”
