Freedom Poem by Natalia Lalgee

Freedom

My strings on thorns of green and it ravels away.
Longing not to depart, but here I go
Pulling myself apart.
Unraveling my unhappiness,
Dawn subsides
... my axis tilts
The world has turned over
The skies have melted into the seas and it washes away sadness
Misery escapes and leaves the Earth
Naked as my birth;
Lighter than a feather
I drift.
Into the glittered galaxy
I breathe the non-existant air.
Buddha has lent me his satchel of happiness and I have decided not to share.
