There will be times
when the few
or the many
will come

to try to take
from us
but we will give
more than these lost souls


try to take
we will give
free gifts of love
it will be God

God will bless us
in this life
or the next
God will bless us


but never forget
God is always with us
God’s blessings
are always upon us

it is not for us
to understand
the blessings
grace of God


but questions
these God
requires of us
to answer questions

questions of life’s choices
to freely choose
to walk with God
throughout eternity
