Fragrance Of Time

Rating: 5.0

Honeysuckle fragrant flowers
lavishly paint the landscape.
A landslide of memories, of my youth,
an ocean of innocence, of the days
that have past before my eyes

It sends forth a fragrance that
paints a picture of solace,
that remains in my mind,
as a taste of youth.

(Blackberry jelly, blueberry jam) ,
muscadines ever so sweet on my lips.
lingers as a taste frozen, in a moment of time,
as the seasons pass before my eyes

Sun drops, stars shine,
as i leave my prints in the sands.
Only to get washed away
by the seas of time.

Seasons develop to my death.
that dance to visions of seasons
of my youth.

Peace light and Love......My friends

Going down a reverberating sweet and fragrant memory lane. Awesome imagery and music of its own. All joy was mine. CP
