Fragile Kingdom Poem by Gabriell Riley

Fragile Kingdom

I stare at the world through opal tinted lenses
Like eyes of sapphire grey
I watched as the crystal men take them away
Don't fight it only makes it worse

The ruby guards and tanzanite kings
The jasper princess and diamond queen
All sit in pyrite thrones
And give judgement of quality, of life

The glass nymphs dance and tinkle and prance
The emerald elves and tiger's eye dwarve's
Called the stalactite forests home
A kingdom of love

So why fight it? Bite the fragile bullet
Crack into the gemstone world
