Four Tree Barks Poem by Sadiqullah Khan

Four Tree Barks

I am learning a few names
But there are four tree barks in a row
In the centre of the city.

My thoughts will follow you
And will return to me
In the colors of spring.

One day we w ill have all the places
Visited and memorized them by heart
As we go down the steep valleys,
Into Shyok river.
