Forgotten

The Forgotten
By: Jonathan Fields

Forgotten
Once I'm gone no one will remember me
I am just dust in the wind
Only to irritate people
Never meant to do the things I did
Never thought of the effects on other people
Always been selfish
Never thought of others
I was the forgotten

Forgotten
That's what I am
Won't even remember myself
When I'm gone nothing will change
Not even my own family will change
Life will just go on without me
I am the forgotten

I am a new person
But the past never forgotten
It follows me no matter where I hide
It haunts my dreams
It haunts my life
I will never be forgiven
Just forgotten
