No matter how hurt I am
I’ll always be able to understand
I’m not saying I don’t feel hurt
But this could be so much worse
We knew this would end
Though you’ll always be my friend
I’m not willing to throw that away
Things won’t ever be the same
That is okay
Everyone has bridges
Here is ours
Just a little obstacle to get past
Maybe we can get past it?
I can.
Do you want to get past?
Even if you don’t
I forgive you
But I think there was nothing to forgive.
