Forgiveness a divine virtue
It spring from
A transformed heart
It makes the earth
A place worth living
It melts the cruel heart
It breaks cord of discord
Like thread before fire
It is human to offend
But super human to forgive
Forgiveness makes…..
Saul the murderer;
The apostle of Christ
Jacob the cheat;
A prince of God
Rahab the harlot;
Progenitor of Christ
David the murderer;
The beloved of God
Peter the traitor;
The rock of the gospel
Thomas the doubter;
Martyr of the gospel
Manaseh the wicked king;
The worshiper of God
It makes sinner a saint
It draws the prodigal home
Forgiveness brings the best
Out of the worst sinner.
