Forget Him Poem by Xanadu Trevino

Forget Him

Rating: 4.8

Forget his name
Forget his face
Forget his kiss
His warm embrace
Forget the love that you once knew
Remeber he has someone new
Forget him when they played your song
Remeber when you cried all night long
Forget how close you once were
Remeber he has chosen her
Forget how you memorized his walk
Forget how he use to talk
Froget the things he used to say
Remeber he has gone away
Forget his laugh
Forget his grin
Forget the dimples on his chin
Forget the way he hled you tight
Remeber he's with her tonight
Forget the time that went so fast
Forget the loved that moved, it's past
Forget he said he'd leave you never
Remeber he's gone forever

Excellent poem Andrea, sometimes this is easier said than done. I like the flow of our poem and very good rhyme also. The fact that the person may be very young would help for them to forget in time however, usually you don't forget you just live with it and learn from the experience and that's a good thing. We don't usually want to make the same mistake twice. All in all an enjoyable read, good thinking my dear.--Melvina--
