Forget Forgetting Poem by Amanda May Moore

Forget Forgetting

Rating: 5.0

It seems to be that when loosing something
It's harder to remember the joy it did bring.
Yes, you have loved once and will once again
You are not ready to get off of the train
So stop trying, stop holding out on love
There is no reason to think to live in void of.
It is so easy to want to get off at the next stop
Perhaps if you need that ticket you should swap.
Many times a wonderful ride, don't let it escape you
Because there are many tough roads ahead to get through.
Don't live in the past, but embrace what is ahead,
The past is who you are and you'll wish you hadn't sped.
