Forget For An Instance Poem by Lilly James

Forget For An Instance

I say good-bye, as you walk away,
I turn around and start to cry,
Remembering the day you,
First kissed my trembling lips,
I cry because your leaving,
Theres nothing I can do
To keep you here by my side,
To kiss my lips even one more time,
I want to run after you, beg you,
Beg you not to go, I'm to late
I should have done that weeks ago,
I turn back to watch you walk,
To watch you walk away,
I start to shake, I fall to me knees
I scream I'm sorry, you didn't
Even pause you just kept walking,
I put my head in my hands and cry,
I don't care whoes watching,
You broke my heart, but I broke yours
The hardest thing is to exept this
Will be our last good-bye,
Where will you go I do not know
I will not follow you there,
My friend picks me up off the ground
She looks at me shakes her head
and she cries, she cries for me
We both start to laugh as we cry
We cry together for you cause you
Lost me and I lost you,
I look at her and for a secound
I don't care that your gone,
The hardest thing is no longer good-bye
My friend she holds me in her arms
For and instant I forget all about you.
