I never thought this day would ever come
Our love forever strong and everlasting
Just yesterday we laughed and kissed
Not knowing you would be taken away
Heaven has called, not you, my love
Who to cuddle, talk to, kiss, hold hands
My best friend and my lover, I will cry
Many tears have fallen, more to come
Dreaming of growing old has fallen
We had plans to travel, visit family
Trips of romance and sun and love
Holding hands till the end of time
I will always wear the ring of our love
No one could love me like you do
From when we first met I knew
You and I would love forever
Waking up to your smile and I love you
To the kiss Goodbye and the hugs when home
You will be my only love
I will cry, I will be strong
I miss you already, my dear love
Seeing you one more time will be painful
Heaven you'll wait, till I return
To hold, to kiss and to love forever
