Forever Inlove Poem by Lalaine Rebamonte

Forever Inlove

When we hear the chirping of birds
We can’t understand what they meant by those words
They might be talking about love
Something that they want to have

We, humans can’t deny that we’re expecting something
For that which means our everything
We want burning love as hot as the sun
That would make our hearts beat fast just like when we run

I don’t want love like a rain
Because it will give me a lot of pain
For every raindrop counts my tear
It’s like a countless, endless fear

I want time and eternity
With someone whom I can call my “one and only”
You’ll never regret the feeling of being inlove
Because its what we call forever inlove.
