Forbidden Happiness Poem by Udaya R. Tennakoon

Forbidden Happiness

Memories of forbidden happiness
Remind in uncertain moments
Mess up the mind
That is set up for a new life

It gives a rebirth and goes dying
Inside myself in secret
We meet for a small dialogue
When the life drags me back

The grave in my heart
Lights up some nights
The crave of dead dew past
Might come discrete moment

No hope for wearing
Though it is gem garland
With hope for receiving
Just like a new telegram
