For God And Me Poem by Onuora ilodibe

For God And Me

Look listen learn little liven lad
Wise ways wages waxing wrath
Frail fictitious faith faded fad
Part perdition ply pristine Path

Exorcized evil elves clothes in civil clads
Tarred tabard tunic knit Knightly Knights
Vague voodoo priest play priestly pranks
Addled abbot bred brutal burning brands

Restive rogues roam the ungodly ugly Urals
Fallowed foddled fools taunt with toxic tools
Nervous nerds nudged to doing dozen donts
For frier Fredrick the hallowed holy humbug

Penny wise pounds wicked kitty duck kat ducklings
Bringing back hobgoblins hunting dreads dreamers
Pretty bad ole English pranks brabbled by old elites
Vanity upon vanity solemnly comes goes solemnly

As the world revolves and the was returns
To be the facto and thee be the benefactor
Albeit Instinct shutters and inkling stutters
My narrow Ink still splutter for God and me
