He asked me to stay away,
don't make him fall in love.
Which I'd never try, because I know it'd suck.
But that didn't make him stick around, he didn't want to stay.
So silently did he flee, he up and ran away.
He left without a word, and ever so fast.
I had never thought this'd happen, never did I get to plan.
Never thought of what to do, or if I was to beg what'd I say.
If I'd say the forbidden ' I love you',
crying 'please don't go' or 'stay'.
I'm sitting here wondering...
if I'd atleast get one more chance,
to show how much I love you.
To help you understand.
I only waste my time now,
because you never get to choose.
And if your heart's love is failed... a real chance you're sure to lose.
So i come to you, with my heart on my sleeve.
Won't you just accept me love...
and accept my feelings, please?
Now I'm not trying to make you love me,
just as you can't make me forget.
Forget how much I love you,
and how you're who I want to be with.
Anyways, I think we have this settled,
of course I can't make you stay.
Just as well, you should know, you could never push me away.
